The talent member of the IPCC Center are not employees or staff members of the IPCC Center; there is not any employment relationship. The talent database and roster are merely for the IPCC Center to expedite the gathering of social resources for future activities, including but not limited to academic exchanges and forums, or to facilitate referrals to other organizations or units conducting similar activities. The IPCC Center's talent database and roster are essentially a "talent database." Unless explicitly employed, IPCC Center talent member may not publicly disclose their status as employees, mentors, professors, or other similar positions held by the IPCC Center.

In order to promote the sustainable growth of the IPCC Center and ensure the high professional caliber of our talent members, after thorough review, we will establish a designated "Roster" to be published on our official website effective December 2025. This transparency measure allows the general public to join us in verifying the authenticity, expertise, and professional ethics of our talent members.
